Terms of service

Purpose

Alignmarc provides a self-service analysis of aggregate authentication reports. The service produces indicators, an enforcement verdict and recommendations, based on the reports that mail receivers send to you.

Nature of the recommendations

Verdicts and recommendations are established from the data received over the period analyzed, and nothing else. They are decision support, not a guarantee of deliverability. The decision to modify your DMARC record, and its consequences, are yours.

Subscription and cancellation

The Discovery plan is free and carries no commitment. Paid plans are taken monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time from your customer area; access remains open until the end of the period already paid for.

Availability

We take reasonable measures to keep the service running. As authentication reports are issued by third parties on their own schedule, no reception time can be guaranteed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
